I build the systems a telecom operator relies on every day: from customer management and network operations to set-top box software. I like simple solutions and readable code, because I know what it takes to maintain them for years.

Information Systems Software Development Specialist Stowarzyszenie Telewizji Kablowej „TV SAT 364”
I develop internal systems for a cable TV and internet operator, along with applications for its subscribers.
-
I helped build and now maintain the frontend of the BSS, the company’s core tool for contracts, service packages, invoices, payments and work orders for staff. It is a single-page application that talks to the backend through a REST API.
Areas: Frontend Stack: Angular / TypeScript / CSS/SCSS / REST API
-
I built and now maintain the frontend of the OSS, which network administrators use to monitor device status and statistics, handle basic configuration and diagnose problems.
Areas: Frontend Stack: Angular / TypeScript / Tailwind CSS / REST API
-
I single-handedly designed and built a diagnostics service for devices such as set-top boxes. Agents report to a central server over WebSocket, and the OSS reads their data and sends them commands.
Areas: Backend Stack: C# / .NET Core / Entity Framework / SQLite / WebSocket / Debian/Ubuntu
-
I am the sole developer of the subscriber portal, where ~3.5 thousand customers check their current services, invoices and payment history. It runs as a Blazor Server app on top of the company’s existing database.
Areas: Frontend + Backend Stack: C# / Blazor / Tailwind CSS / Entity Framework / MySQL / Debian/Ubuntu
-
I built an application, including its database, that sends automated marketing and technical emails to all customers or selected groups. It offers a block-based template editor, recipient lists and campaign management.
Areas: Frontend + Backend Stack: C# / Blazor / Tailwind CSS / Entity Framework / MySQL / Debian/Ubuntu
-
I co-created the application subscribers use on their set-top boxes: channel list, EPG, film and series details, VOD, recordings and radio. The remote-controlled interface runs smoothly on hardware with very limited CPU and RAM, inside the manufacturer’s closed engine and its SDK.
Areas: Frontend Stack: TypeScript / CSS/SCSS / REST API
-
I wrote a desktop application, integrated with the BSS, for electronically signing contracts at the customer service desk: the customer signs on a signature tablet, the employee verifies the signature on screen, and it is embedded in the electronic document. This shortens customer visits and cuts down on printing. It runs on both Windows and Linux.
Areas: Desktop Stack: Java / JavaFX / Wacom SDK / Windows
-
I wrote a desktop application that connects the browser-based BSS with fiscal and dot-matrix printers. The BSS talks to it over a localhost WebSocket, so it knows right away whether a workstation has printers available. Fiscal printers are handled through the bsxPrinter library, while for dot-matrix printers the application generates documents itself and prints them through the Windows print service.
Areas: Desktop Stack: C# / WinForms / bsxPrinter / WebSocket / Windows
-
I built the company website in WordPress with a custom block-based theme and minimal third-party plugins, so almost the entire site can be managed from the admin panel. It complies with WCAG 2.1 and follows SEO best practices.
Areas: Frontend Stack: WordPress / Gutenberg / PHP / CSS/SCSS / WCAG 2.1 / SEO

Attendance register
Client: Przedszkole Verte
Frontend of the register, built with Blazor WebAssembly and connected to the backend through a REST API: attendance, notes, outings, daily schedule and a daily activity log. A parents’ module shows their child’s attendance, notes and activities, such as outings and sessions with outside partners.
Stack: C# / Blazor WebAssembly / MudBlazor / REST API

Customer management system
Client: Itoro
An application for managing customers and their services at a network security company: an email editor with templates and sending straight from the app, plus notifications such as expiring subscription alerts. It later gained an integration with the Wanguard network protection systems run for the company’s customers: the app monitors their status and alerts users when action is needed.
Stack: C# / Blazor Server / MudBlazor / Entity Framework / MySQL / Wanguard
